Our Ikijime (Butterfly) Shrimp (活き締めえび) is cooked and ready-to-eat. Fish For Sushi's Butterfly Shrimp is raised in a BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) shrimp farm, fed an all-natural BAP certified diet and processed at a BAP certified production facility.
